I saw this dish in Chef Michael Smith's show on AFC called "Chef at Home". It looked very simple to make so I took a shot at it. It's yum! We're putting this in our roster of home classics.
Ingredients:
4 skinless chicken breast fillets
store-bought salsa
cheddar cheese
vegetable oil
salt and pepper
Directions:
Serve with BLT salad.

Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Pound chicken fillets flat and even.
- Season with salt and pepper on both sides then pan-fry till slightly browned.
- Transfer to a oven-proof dish, top with salsa and grated cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done, the cheese is melted and browned.
Serve with BLT salad.
