Bok Choi in Oyster Sauce

Great accompaniment to fried fish and other oriental dishes

Ingredients:
Bunches of bok choi, washed and separated
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 big cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp oyster sauce

Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a wok.
  2. Fry minced garlic until slightly golden brown
  3. Toss in bok choi until slightly wilted
  4. Add the oyster sauce and continue to stir fry until the boc choi is fully wilted.

mmm! i make this too! i put in a bit of sesame oil and crushed red peppers :)
