Great accompaniment to fried fish and other oriental dishes
Ingredients:
Bunches of bok choi, washed and separated
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
4 big cloves of garlic, minced
2 Tbsp oyster sauce

2 Tbsp oyster sauce
Directions:
- Heat oil in a wok.
- Fry minced garlic until slightly golden brown
- Toss in bok choi until slightly wilted
- Add the oyster sauce and continue to stir fry until the boc choi is fully wilted.
