My Own Starbucks Tumbler

1 of 3 Starbucks 2009 planners accomplished this week. That meant 15 short cups, 15 covers and 15 protector sleeves in my trash bin. 2 more planners to go requiring 16 stickers each.
That means 32 short cups, 32 covers and 32 protector sleeves that would go to waste.  Felt bad for my contribution to polluting the environment. Decided to buy my own Starbucks tumbler instead. That would prevent 32 Starbucks cups++ in the bin. Added bonus of getting P5 off on my drink when I bring my tumbler. ROI in 77 drinks. Not bad. Merry Christmas.

It's difficult to be excited about such pragmatism and environmental consciousness, but this entry was eye-opening in its own small way.
