Yup. I cooked adobo according to Pao's Lola's recipe. Special request ng asawa ko e kaya I interviewed my mom-in-law on how to make it. Pao's Lola passed away long before we met. I never had the honor of meeting her or tasting her famed cooking. Kabado ako while making it kasi only Pao can judge if I made it right. Thank God I passed this test. :-)
