Salpicao

This is my first encounter with cooking with liquid seasoning. It proved to be oh-so-yummy!!!

Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Beef tenderloin or striploin cut to cubes
3 Tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
6 large cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 c olive oil

Directions:
Marinade the beef in the liquid seasoning and cracked black pepper. Set aside. Fry the minced garlic in olive oil until golden brown. Add the beef and pan fry over medium heat until the meat turns dark brown and the garlic gets caramelized. If it starts to look like the salpicao you order at restaurants, its done! :D

Serve with buttered veggies.

I wish I can say all-natural to pero the liquid seasoning has MSG!!! Andun ang umami taste! hehehe.
Pwede nga no! Nice button mushrooms. :-) Thanks for the tip! I'll do that on my next potluck! hehehe. In retrospect, I'd have added crispy-fried garlic as garnish.
oh yeah, I looooooooveeeee that!

hey it looks so yummy. i can do it when im not doing my diet(lol) but any substitute for knorr liquid seasoning? walang knorr dto.. wanna try it. thanks
use kikkoman. same effect, much tastier, and no MSG. Or if the budget permits, buy liquid aminos. That's GFCF pa so super healthy. Konti lang, malinamnam na! Pramis!
I agree. Kikkoman or Silver Swan Lauriat soy sauce would definitely make it just as yummy minus the umami taste... este, MSG.
